Conversational agents to pre-qualify candidates
Aglae is based on an architecture ofconversational AI agents using the latest Large Language Models(LLM). It interacts directly with candidates via SMS or other channels.
The conversational AI agent is trained to conduct recruitment conversations as a recruiter would in the pre-qualification phase, while answering candidates’ questions. The use of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) guarantees accurate, hallucination-free answers by connecting the AI agent in real time to job descriptions and knowledge bases.
Aglae handles 50,000 automated conversations a week, with intelligent management of “borderline cases”.
